It’s time for citizen public service. We have relied for too long on professional politicians. It’s time for a new generation that brings back the rights to the people.

John Frankman supports the Constitution.
John Frankman recognizes that the rights of the Federal Government come from the people.  The rights of citizens come not from the government, but from the governed.  That is why Frankman favors the protections of the Second Amendment, and opposes proposed laws that would violate the rights of citizens to keep and bear arms. Frankman opposes attempts to restrict free speech, and the right to freedom of religion, promoted by a number of leftists today. Frankman recognizes that bodily autonomy prohibits vaccine mandates. 

John Frankman is ready to see illegal aliens stopped at the border, and policies implemented to remove criminal aliens from this nation.  Frankman favors beefing up border security, and the reestablishment of the Remain in Mexico policy.  Criminals have been allowed in the last four years to enter this nation easily. Policies need immediate approval by Congress to allow swifter deportation and National security.  The solution involves the building of a wall on our Southern Border.

John Frankman is committed to Pro-Life policies that defend life starting at conception. 
Frankman is 100% pro-life and will never apologize for it. He will support pro-life policies at the federal, state, and local level and will use his public platform as a congressman to provide compelling pro-life arguments. It is often said, “politics is downstream from culture.” Frankman will use his Christian faith and theological background to bring culture to politics and fight for our country’s spiritual and political renewal.

John Frankman favors a stronger US Energy Policy. 
Frankman supports the Trump policy of energy independence, and use of our natural resources at home. Energy independence is critical to keeping us out of foreign wars. 

John Frankman favors keeping men out of women’s sports.
As a former athlete, Frankman recognizes that allowing men to compete in women’s athletics is unfair to women, and takes away the benefits derived from Title IX.  Frankman favors legislation that would return Title IX definitions to where they once were, and keeping men out of women’s sports.

John Frankman is opposed to allowing gender mutilation of minors.
Frankman will support legislation that prohibits “gender affirming care” for minors.

John Frankman favors Tax Cuts.
Lower taxes for all Americans allows the people to decide where to spend their money. And citizen choice is superior to government control.  Trump era tax cuts are phasing out in 2025, and Frankman will support legislation that keeps the cuts in place, and looks toward additional benefits for the citizens of NorthWest Florida.

John Frankman wants to see the size of government reduced.
Our current laws are designed to grow the size of government, not reduce it.  Federal budgets are automatically increased each year, without any additional action on the part of Congress.  These automatic increases need to be reversed, and Frankman will support legislation to stop automatic budget increases in the federal budget.

Frankman favors eliminating  the Federal Reserve, the IRS, and the Department of Education, and consolidating necessary services into a smaller, compacted federal government. 

John Frankman wants to bring about affordability by paying down the national debt.
Wages have not kept up with inflation and our dollar doesn’t carry the same spending power it once had. This isn’t because everything is worth more, but because our dollar is worth less. It is worth less because we are $38 Trillion in debt and when there is more money in the marketplace, it devalues the dollar.
Frankman will fight to decrease the national debt by cutting wasteful spending, eliminating useless Federal Agencies, holding the government accountability for fraud, and stopping payments to other countries so we put America First.

John Frankman wants accountability for Covid tyranny, and to Make America Healthy Again.
Frankman supports the MAHA policies proposed by the upcoming Trump administration through RFK Jr.  Specifically, Frankman supports repealing the National Child Vaccine Injury Act that takes liability from drug manufacturers. Frankman will seek to hold military leaders accountable for laws broken in the DOD Covid vaccine mandate. 

John Frankman supports a strong military, without the DEI woke agenda.
The Biden-Harris Administration saw a major reduction in the size of the military, as enlistment numbers crashed, and transgender policies were promoted thinking it would increase military readiness.  It did just the opposite.  Frankman wants to see a return to peace through strength in our military, and the protection of military interests.

Frankman is a staunch supporter of Pete Hegseth’s proposed leadership of the DOW, including holding DOD leaders accountable, providing for our service members, developing lethal force, and developing legislative agendas to reform the military. 

John Frankman wants to support our veterans by giving them choice in healthcare.
Frankman will support legislation and regulation to allow veterans to use their healthcare benefits in private facilities.  Frankman supports the use of alternative medicines to help veterans battling PTSD, chronic pain, and high suicide rates. 

Frankman supports a review of the VA rating system for disability to ensure our veterans get the financial support they deserve for their service.
