John Frankman will fight to hold Washington accountable by demanding transparency and ensuring elected officials answer to the people — not special interests or insiders.

That includes full transparency on issues the American people are demanding answers on, including the release of all information related to the Epstein case and associated records. The public has a right to know the truth. No one is above the law, and anyone who harmed children must be punished.

Frankman also supports greater transparency around congressional conduct, including reforms that ensure taxpayer-funded settlements and misconduct are not hidden from the public.

At a time when trust in government is at historic lows, restoring accountability is not optional — it’s essential.

Healthcare decisions should be made by patients and families — not the federal government or big pharma. As a veteran who was forced out of the military over the COVID shot mandate, John Frankman will defend medical freedom, protect informed consent, and oppose government mandates that override personal healthcare decisions. He proposes a Medical Freedom Amendment so the government can never force an individual to take a drug or undergo any procedure against their own will. If we don’t have rights over our own bodies, what rights do we have?

Frankman will fight to lower healthcare costs and improve the health of Americans by:

·  Expanding Health Savings Accounts so patients, not insurance companies, control the money

·  Requiring full price transparency on drugs and medical procedures to create real competition

·  Pursuing “Most Favored Nation” status on drug prices

·  Promoting Medicine 2.0 that incentivizes staying healthy instead of just treating sickness

John Frankman will also fight to repeal the National Child Vaccine Injury Act and hold pharmaceutical companies liable for the damage their products cause.

The United States is currently $38 trillion in debt, which fuels massive inflation and affordability problems. Families across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties are being crushed by rising costs.

John Frankman will work to cut reckless federal spending, rein in our national debt, and restore economic stability so families can once again afford housing, groceries, insurance, and energy. This includes reducing the size of the federal government, slashing unnecessary agencies, voting on single-subject spending bills instead of omnibus packages, and stopping funding for foreign governments until we get our own spending under control.

He supports extending and expanding tax cuts, reducing regulatory burdens, and unleashing American energy independence to lower costs across the board.

Energy independence is critical for national security and lower costs for American families. John Frankman will fight to expand domestic energy production, reduce reliance on foreign adversaries, and bring down the price of gas, electricity, and groceries.

Under the Biden administration, tens of millions of illegal immigrants entered this country, but we haven’t even begun to scratch the surface on deporting them.

John Frankman will fight for mass deportations by supporting legislation that makes it illegal to house or employ illegals and that incentivizes self-deportation. Any illegal who does not self-deport and is later removed cannot return to the United States for a decade. Frankman will also fight to complete the border wall.

Washington loves to spend money — just not where it actually helps.John Frankman will fight for real infrastructure improvements in Northwest Florida, including critical upgrades to Highway 98, one of the most congested and economically vital corridors in our district.

Improving roads, reducing traffic bottlenecks, and supporting smart local development will strengthen our economy, improve safety, and support tourism and military mobility.

Agriculture is an important part of Northwest Florida’s economy, and our farmers are under constant pressure from federal overreach and burdensome regulations.

John Frankman will stand up to the USDA and federal agencies that make it harder for farmers to succeed. He will fight to:

·  Protect family farms from federal intrusion

·  Ensure fair access to markets

·  Support disaster relief and crop protection programs

Free and fair elections are the foundation of our Republic, yet trust in our voting system remains dangerously low.

John Frankman will fight to protect the integrity of every election by ensuring only American citizens vote. He supports requiring proof of U.S. citizenship to register and vote, strong voter ID laws, and cleaning up voter rolls to remove ineligible names.

Frankman will oppose mail-in ballot harvesting, demand paper ballots with same-day counting where possible, and push for full transparency so every legal vote is counted and no illegal vote is allowed.
