This Privacy Policy explains how Frankman for Florida (“CLIENT”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our websites and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Services”), or otherwise interact with us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by revising the “Last Revised” date at the top of this Privacy Policy, and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our website homepage or by sending you a notification). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you access or use the Services or otherwise interact with us to make sure that you stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

If you choose to provide any personal information, such as your mailing address or phone number, we may use that information to contact you. Mobile Information will not be shared.

We use information we collect for the following purposes:

  • to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
